Would you like to see the community of Fremont thrive? You are invited to be part of an exciting new movement!
Here’s how you can use your abilities to make our community better.
We are looking for people who would like to share their job experience(s), and reach back to someone who is ready to make a positive change. Becoming a Job Coach Specialist allows you a unique opportunity to join them on their journey towards purpose and dignity.
We know many in this area want to move out of unemployment and onto a job — but are stuck. Outpost Jobs for Life is a nationwide jobs readiness course offering people an opportunity to ‘reach out’ instead of ‘hand-out’. This course is biblically-based and reminds students of the purpose God has for them through work. A Job Coach Specialist also provides additional encouragement and support to students while they find their way out of the unemployment cycle and onto success.
Job Coach Specialists also:
- Assist student in filling out job applications
- Advise student with interview practice
- Accompany students on their 16 week Jobs for Life journey
The next Jobs for Life course begins:
Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at the Fremont Recreation Center, 201 Maple Street (formerly Fremont High School)
